Order Information

1. Select Product and size - Choose from our wide variety of products by using the navigation buttons on the left and top of the homepage or use the search function. Clicking on the "VIEW IT" icon below the thumbnail images brings you to the respective product page. On the product page simply select the size of the item and the quantity you require. For English Premier League jerseys you have the option to add name, number and badges. For more information on this click on the following link Adding name, number and badges. Please note : for purchasing different sizes of the same item, or adding different names and numbers or badges, please return to this page to place multiple orders.

2. Order Now - Clicking this button adds the item to your shopping cart. You will be taken to your shopping cart page where you will be able to make any amendments to your order or remove items from your cart. Please make sure that you have entered the correct size. To calculate your shipping costs simply select your of destination and the shipping cost of the items in your cart will be automatically calculated for you. You can leave your shopping cart at any time and continue to order any other item.

3. Submit Order - Once you are ready, you can place your order by clicking the Proceed with Order button on your shopping cart.

a. If you are a new customer, you will be required to register with us by filing out some personal information. Please complete all fields carefully especially those indicated as compulsory fields (*) before you Submit the form. A confirmation of your membership will be sent to the e-mail address provided by you. Your e-mail address will be used as your user ID along with your password to log you into the website in future.

b. If you are already a member, you will be asked to log in before you place an order. As a registered member, you will have access to product updates and special promotional news. You can change and update details of your profile or view your current and past orders. Upon ordering, you will be required to fill in the delivery address if different from the address given when you registered with us. If it is the same click on the check box next to MYSELF. Then select your payment method. If you select the credit card option you are required to fill up your credit card details over a secure server before you can submit your order. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you to confirm we have received your order.


Payment

All prices are listed in Singapore dollars (SGD) and are inclusive of 7% Goods and Services tax. To see the conversion rates please visit this link. Please note that these rates are only an estimated conversion and might not reflect the actual exchange rate when the order is processed. This will depend on the time the transaction is processed as well the financial institutions involved.

We accept payment by credit card (Visa and MasterCard) through our online site. You are only charged to your credit card once we actually ship out the items to you.

We also accept money/postal orders and international bank drafts in Singapore or US funds. Please make sure they are negotiable in Singapore. We also accept payment by telex transfer or direct bank transfer. Please contact enquiries@weston.com.sg for further details. For payment by money order, bank draft or telex transfer simply select the items you require and add them to your shopping cart. At the final order page select the Pay by Money / Bank Draft option. We will then confirm product availability and final prices by e-mail. Once we receive confirmation from you that you have sent the payment we will then put aside the items for you for a maximum of 14 days until we receive full payment. Please enclose full details of your order with your payment.

Delivery and Shipping Information

Most orders will be shipped the following business day by Fedex. If there is a problem with your order like credit card data or where an item is sold out, we will contact you via e-mail or telephone and your order will be delayed until we receive your response. Shirts with additional name, numbering and badges may take an extra few days to dispatch.

1. Delivery Charges and Transit times - Delivery charges are based on the weight of the items ordered (example one jersey or one soccer boot) and the destination rate.

2. Local Delivery - All local orders above the value of SGD 100 are entitled to free delivery within Singapore. For local deliveries below SGD100, a charge of SGD 8.00 is added to your purchase amount. Local deliveries take 2 to 3 working days to reach your required destination.

3. International Delivery - For overseas deliveries, please use our shipping calculator at our shopping cart page to calculate the shipping cost. Simply select your country of destination when your order is done and the shipping cost will be calculated for you. Every Fedex package is assigned a tracking number with which you can track your order. This number will be emailed to you as we process your shipment. Fedex typically takes 2-3 working days to reach most destinations after the order leaves our warehouse. You can track your order by clicking on the link on our homepage. 4. Customs - Please note that the merchandise and shipping cost does not include any tax or duties levied by your customs once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office to find out more. We will not refund any shipping charges if your orders cannot be cleared and are returned to us by the customs. We will not bear any additional costs incurred related to the return of that package.

If the item is a gift to please indicate in the special instructions field in the order form that the order is a gift. All items are described on the customs clearance consignment note according to product types for example "soccer jersey" or "soccer boots". If it is a gift, it will be marked "Gift," on the package but the cost of the items is still stated on the form.

Availability

While we will make every effort to make sure our website is updated, our merchandise can go out of stock any time. You will be notified as soon as possible if we cannot fulfill your order immediately or not at all and get your advice on what you would like us to do with your order that is out-of-stock. Please note that you are only charged to your credit card once we actually ship out your items. Please note that we will not ship out the items until all your items in the order are ready for delivery in one go. We will not send partial deliveries.
 

Returns and Exchanges

In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, or that the merchandise is defective, you are entitled to a one to one exchange. However the merchandise must first be returned to us in the same condition as it was received. (All tags, product labels must not be removed and the original packaging must be present.) Local customers please come to our shops to make the change. Overseas customers will have to pay the return shipping charges and back to them if they want to change the size. We will only cover the return shipping charge if the item is found to be defective.

We will bear all cost if any merchandise is sent wrongly. We will pick up the wrong product, (which must be in the same condition as when received) and send the correct one at our own cost. If an item cannot be fulfilled we will provide credit or a full refund on your purchase.

Please note that we cannot make any changes or refund for personalized items like jerseys with player's names on them. Also once any item has been used, it cannot be returned. The term "defective" does not cover any wear and tear no matter how short a time span.

We must be notified of any returns, 5 days from the receipt of the merchandise and they must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Privacy Policy

We do not sell, rent, or loan any information regarding our customers to any third party. Any information that you provide to us will only be used to improve our services and make your shopping experience more complete. All personal information collected upon your registration as a member or during your purchase, is only used by us or by a party necessary to complete your order like the delivery company. Our email list can only be joined voluntarily. We will not add anybody to our email list if the customer has not shown that they are keen. If you wish to unsubscribe to the mailing list simply sent us a return mail with unsubscribe as the heading. If you wish to correct, change or update your particulars, all you have to do is to go to your Members Login area on the top banner of the page to access the member's area. You will need to have your user id and password to do so.

Our secure servers protect your online order information by using Secure Sockets Layers (SSL) technology. SSL encrypts your order information to prevent the decoding of that information by unauthorized individuals. Your details are safer with Internet shopping than with mail or telephone shopping.
